Garrett Reynolds, toothpick hangover, Manhattan, NY
I’ve been in Boston and NY for the last two weeks hanging out. I met up with Garrett Reynolds and Sean Sexton who were on a 5 day trip around NY and Philly filming for Cinema. I didn’t shoot much with them but I got Garrett playing around on this rail with a toothpick hangover. I changed up the opening page a bit with some photos and videos I’ve filmed and edited. Polaroid Emulsion Transfer Project
Shoot it, peel it, wet it, stick it, press it, peel it. I’ve been working on a Emulsion Transfer project this past month using a bunch of photos I shot of the Vans BMX team. The good people at Daylab got me going with a Polaroid copier and the rest is history. These images will be making their way to my marketing materials for this fall and as soon as Interbike next month. Tracking down the Polaroid 669 film has been tricky after I ran out of the supply that Daylab kindly gave me from their private stock, and the Fuji 100C has been a recent substitute, but nothing looks like the 669.

I swung By Epic bike shop real quick yesterday to say whats up to the Animal dudes, who were in town doing some demos and stuff. I’m pretty sure I saw Mike get violently kicked by some young kid during a game of foot down, haha…
